Disaster Recovery
Having originally provided and supported a Microsoft Small Business Server environment, a large fire destroyed their offices in 2006.  Provident succeeded in performing a full system recovery and rebuild the entire network within 24 hours, including telecoms and internet access at a new location. This allowed Independent Valuations to continue trading with minimal interruption until their original offices had been rebuilt.
