Case Studies
RedC Marketing & Research
Having outgrown their existing analogue phone system, RedC required a new system that allowed them to expand into a second Dublin office to support 35 users. A Trixbox hybrid system was configured allowing RedC to use their existing BRI phone lines and use VoIP to connect the two locations, thus providing a single system from both locations. Remote workers have also been provided with extensions at home at minimal costs.
Bothar
In a drive to cut telecoms costs, Bothar instructed Provident to implement a Trixbox phone system at their head offices located in Limerick for 30 users. CTI integration was also provided with their SugarCRM application for recording donations. The new system incorporates their existing PRI phone line, yet allows the small branch offices throughout the Country to connect using VoIP thus reducing the need for phone lines and bills at these locations.
