Security, accessibility and uptime are all important considerations when you choose to deploy your Sugar application.

Your data privacy requirements may demand that you store your customer data in your own data centres. You may wish to securely integrate your Sugar application with other sensitive systems in your data centre. You may wish to optimize the uptime and performance of your Sugar application to your exacting requirements. And you may wish to outsource the management of your Sugar application to Provident Technology. With SugarCRM, you can accomplish all of these requirements.

We Host Customers data at three geographical locations;

• Provident Offices in Clontarf, Dublin
• Amazon EC2 Europe West, Dublin
• Fasthosts Hosting facility in the UK

Backups are taken daily both the Database and file structure of all our Hosted instances of SugarCRM. These backups are available for download by our customers via SFTP at any time. As well as Encrpted storage in ServeCentric in Dublin.

File Access
If you wish to access the front end files to customise them in the source code, we can arrange SFTP access for you to do so.

Encryption
If required, we can enable SSL/HTTPS on your installation for added security. We always suggest that this option is exercised.

Reasonable Usage
With all of our hosting contracts we include a Reasonable Usage clause. In this way, we do not limit the amount of data that you can store in your SugarCRM installation.
